CADME
Our CADME (Contract ADMinistration - Expedited) system for architects is an specialized variation of our standard correspondence system. Developed to meet the requirements of B.C. architectural firms, it has proved very popular with its users, as it banishes the old method of multiple folders of disparate Word and Excel documents in favour of a single, easily auditable file containing all the forms and types of correspondence required in the day-to-day administration of a typical architectural contract on site. These range from standard Transmittals through Contemplated Change Orders to actual ones, Change Directives, Supplemental Instruction, Meeting Minutes, freeform Word-like letters, and Summary of Changes. Calculations are built-in, and up-to-date report, audit trails available at a click of a button at any time, and a dynamically updated callup link to the optional Contacts file provides for auto-entry of Owner's and Contractor's details, and easy distribution.
