Designed for maximum clarity and simplicity, our CONTACTS file is intended to provide a one-stop shop of everyone you know – clients, suppliers, associates, social, etc.

On its own, it offers overviews of tel/fax/email information, relationships, Christmas card lists, as well as form (mailmerge) correspondence and labels compatible with two types of standard Avery label sheets. Automatic followup reminders are provided based the followup date entered for each contact. Used in conjunction with our optional Correspondence, Contract Admin, Projects or Invoices files, it provides automatic entry of address details and other information where applicable.

The basic form such as you see here is sufficient for most users, however it can tweaked or added to to suit your requirements.
