ClearForest Inc. is a world leader in the field of text-mining. Appointed within a year of its establishment, we produced from scratch all end-user technical documentation relating to its software. Specifically, we -
- developed user manuals of the firm's software for end-users and for in-house training
- wrote white papers on key applications that helped focus marketing efforts
- helped increase the software's accuracy by enhancing vocabulary of information extraction rules
- developed a synonyms knowledge base to further enhance text-mining accuracy
- edited key presentations and correspondence for correct English usage and style
- edited and formatted academic papers by the company's subject matter experts (SMEs)
- developed all technical illustrations and diagrams
- designed a revised user interface of future versions of the firm's ClearResearch application.
